Trailing by one at the half,  the Delgado women could not complete the comeback enroute to their 70-67 loss to LSU-Eunice in a non-conference matchup Saturday afternoon in Eunice. Kayla Jackson led the Dolphins with 18 and Claudia Tasker scored 15 in the  loss.

The Dolphins will open Miss-Lou Conference play next Saturday at Baton Rouge Community College.
