Delgado falls short in OT against Co-Lin

Women also suffer 68-41 loss

Delgado hosted Copiah-Lincoln in a doubleheader Saturday afternoon in the Michael Williamson Center.

The Lady Dolphins trailed at the half and fell to the Wolfpack 68-41. Nya Duhe scored 12 to lead Delgado and Gabrielle Delaune had 11 points.

The Delgado Men trailed by nine points at the half and battled throughout the second half. Both teams tied the game 49-49 with :49 seconds remaining before the game was forced into overtime. Delgado fell in a 57-54 overtime loss when the game-tying shot bounced off of the rim. Mikal Mazik led with 16 points.
