Delgado Basketball traveled to Meridian, Mississippi Saturday for a Miss-Lou conference duo against Meridian Community College.

The Lady Dolphins trailed at the half and never overcame the defecit, falling to Meridian 77-52. Jackie Breland had 19 points and Raven Lyons scored 10 to lead Delgado.

The Delgado Men trailed by one point at half before mounting a late rally en route to their 73-71 victory over the Eagles. Melvin Davis carried the Dolphins with 28 points, with Jesse Boyd scoring 14.

Delgado will host William Carey - JV on Monday at 5:00 in the Williamson Center.
