Delgado picked up a pair of conference wins Friday afternoon, defeating Southern-Shreveport in both the Women's and Men's matchups.

In the Ladies' game, Delgado defeated the Lady Jaguars 59-52. Jackie Breland led the Dolphins with 15 points, Ciara Augillard had 13, and Andralina Marshell had 12. Southern-Shreveport's top scorer, Mariah Gilliam had 21 points.

The Delgado Men trailed at the half and battled through the second half before Tyson Magee's three-pointers put the Dolphins ahead with :18 remaining. A technical padded the Dolphin lead as Delgado edged the Jaguars 75-72. Melvin Davis led Delgado with 35 points, with Jamon Gray scoring 13.

Delgado will travel to Meridian next Saturday, February 16 for another conference series against the Eagles.
