Delgado Basketball hosted Hinds Community College Monday evening in the Williamson Center. 

The Lady Dolphins (1-8) led at the half and throughout the second half, but fell to the Bulldogs 39-38 in the final second of regulation. Moesha Moton led Delgado with 15 points.

The Delgado Men (4-5) fought back from an early deficit a took the lead on Bobby Bissant's three-pointer with:24 seconds in regulation. The Dolphins could not hold back Hinds, who scored five late points (including two free throws) to take the lead and the 86-81 win. Bobby Bissant led Delgado with 22 points and six three-pointers.

The Delgado Men will travel to Port Arthur this Saturday to face Lamar State. Both Delgado's Women's and Men's teams will host Bishop State on Monday in the Williamson Center.
