Basketball falls to Southern-Shreveport

The Delgado Ladies trailed by six at the half before Southern-Shreveport defeated Delgado 49-43. Dasha Adams led the Lady Dolphins with 8 points. Gabrielle Delaune and Nytiana Joseph each posted 7 points each.

The Delgado Men fell to Southern-Shreveport 96-59. Dustin Cousin and Ralston Morris had 20 and 14 respectively.

The Dolphins will be back in action on Wednesday evening when they host Baton Rouge Community College in Miss-Lou conference play in the Williamson Center. Ladies tip off at 5:00 followed by the Men's game at 7:00 p.m.
