Biography

Lawrence Bourgeois makes his first appearance on the Delgado roster as a freshman outfielder.

Lawrence is a 2011 graduate of St. Stanislaus High School in Pass Christian, Mississippi, where he lettered under Coach Mark Logan. While a member of the Rockachaw squad, Bourgeois earned All-State honors and was a member of the 2010 State Championship team. He also participated in the Mississippi Futures' game for three years in a row. During his senior season, he batted .420 with eight homeruns.

Bourgeois is the son of Larry and Nancy Bourgeois and has two siblings, Elizabeth and Reed. Born on September 16, 1992, Lawrence is a Criminal Justice major.
