Opening Day travel problems prompted a postponed game between Jones and the Lady Dolphins. The game will be played on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Jones.

The Men's team lost its season opener 95-83, falling short in the final minutes of the game. Melvin Davis led the Dolphins with eleven points, along with Patrick Gales who scored six. The men will travel to face Springhill JV at 2:00.

Delgado opens its home schedule next Tuesday (November 6) in the Michael Williamson Center. The Lady Dolphins tip-off at 5:00, followed by the Men's game at 7:00 p.m.
