Delgado Basketball traveled to Baton Rouge Saturday for a Miss-Lou conference twinbill. 

In the Ladies' game, Baton Rouge took a five point-lead into the half. Delgado could not overtake the Bears en route to a 69-45 loss. Dasha Adams led with 23 points. The Lady Dolphins will host LSU-Eunice on Wednesday in the Williamson Center.

The Delgado Men led the game for most of the first half until Baton Rouge combined for eight points to give the Bears a one point lead at the half. The teams battled back and forth for most of the second half until Ralston Morris, Dustin Cousin, and Deonta Ward all posted consecutive three-pointers to give Delgado the 80-67 lead and the victory. Cousin led the Dolphins with 29 points, followed by Deonta Ward (19), Reginald Pitts (15), and Ralston Morris (10). Delgado will host William Carey on Wednesday evening in the Williamson Center.
