Biography
Christian Trent is in his first season with the Dolphins, having transferred to Delgado last fall from Louisiana State University.
A 2011 graduate of St. Paul's, Trent was a four-year letterman on the Wolves' baseball team. He earned numerous honors over his prep career, including underclass All-American (2008), All-Metro (2009), All-Metro Pitcher of the Year (2011), First Team All-District (2009, 2010, 2011), All-District MVP (2011), and All-State (2011). Over his four years with the Wolves, he compiled a 28-4 record on the mound. His senior season, he posted a 1.24 ERA.
Following graduation, he attended LSU and was a member of the Tiger baseball program prior to his transferring to Delgado prior to the Fall 2012 semester.
A native of Covington, Louisiana, he is the son of Jamie and Paula Trent. Christian has a brother, Logan and a sister, Kate.
