Raymond Raphael, a Certified Athletic Trainer, is an Licensed Practical Nurse, is a native of Metairie, Louisiana. Raymond graduated from Archbishop Rummel High School where he had the opportunity to be a student athletic trainer. To continue his education Raymond enrolled in Southeastern Louisiana University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Raymond later attended Louisiana Technical College earning his technical certificate as a Practical Nurse. In 2010, he had the opportunity to work with the New Orleans Saints. Raymond has been a member of the Ochsner Sports Medicine Team since 2006 and a member of NATA since 1992. Believing that knowledge is important Raymond is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in Nursing from Excelsior College.
