Biography

Edwin DeLaCruz makes his first appearance with the Dolphins this spring as a pitcher/outfielder.

A 2011 graduate of Destrehan High School,
DeLaCruz was high school under Dolphin alumnus Marty Luquet. Edwin was a member of the Wildcats' 2009 and 2010 district championship squads.

Born on November 5, 1992, Edwin is the son of
Edwin and Nickki DeLaCruz. He has two sisters, Nikki and Stephanie and is a General Studies major at Delgado.
