Box Score Delgado defeated Snead College College 6-1 Tuesday night at Kirsch-Rooney Stadium in the first game of a four-game mid-week series.

Delgado's first two runs scored on Daniel Lahare's two-run homerun in the 3^rd inning. Owen Magee reached on a walk, advanced on Spencer Miller's walk, and scored on a fielder's choice to take a 3-0 lead. In the 6^th inning, Tyler St. Philip plated a fourth run with his solo homer. Later in the inning, Robbie Podorsky walked before Daniel Lahare's second homerun of the game added two additional Dolphin runs. Snead State's sole run can in the 5^th inning when Brandon Matthews walked and scored on Orvis Cuello's double. Hayden Adams picked up the win on the mound in relief of starter Evan Hileman.

Because of the weather forecast, Snead State and Delgado will meet in an 11:00 a.m. doubleheader at John Ryan Stadium, located at 100 Blue Jay Way in Metairie, Louisiana. The teams are scheduled to meet in a single game at 1:00 Thursday at Kirsch-Rooney to close the series.
