Delgado Basketball hosted a pair of games in the Williamson Center Saturday.

Women's Basketball hosted a conference matchup against LSU-Eunice. After trailing by as many as 19 points, the Lady Dolphins narrowed the Bengal lead in the third period before outscoring LSU-Eunice 22-10 in the fourth period. A two point bucket in the final :02 seconds of play narrowed the LSU-Eunice lead to a point before a missed free throw gave the Bengals the 72-71 win. Jamia Singleton led the Delgado effort with 18 points, 8 assists, and 6 rebounds. Armani Gordon had 12 points with 8 rebounds. Jayla Miller had 16 rebounds and 5 defensive rebounds.

The Dolphin Men hosted Louisiana Community Christian.The Dolphins led throughout the game, 36-20 at the half before outscoring their opponent 46-28 in the the second half to secure the eventual 82-48 win. Malik Miner had 18 points and 12 rebounds. Oren Bowens and Lionel Larvadian each had 15.

The Women and Men's teams will travel to Baton Rouge Wednesday for a pair of conference games against the Bears at 5:30 and 7:30 respecitively.
