Picure-Perfect Day as Dolphins sweep Cyclones!

Delgado wrapped up a nearly week-long home stand on Thursday afternoon, defeating Moraine Valley 12-1 at Kirsch-Rooney Stadium.

The Dolphins scored in each of their four batting innings on their way to the 12-1 victory and the sweep of the Cyclones. Bubby Riley led the Delgado offense, going 4 for 4 with two singles, a double, and a triple driving in two RBIs over his four plate appearances. Logan Jones went 2 for 4 with two singles and five RBIs. Cameron Hoffman also posted two singles with an RBI while Sean McMullen went 2 for 4 with a single and double. John DeArmond picked up his second win of the season on the mound for the Dolphins, pitching a complete game and holding Moraine Valley to only one run on three hits.

With the win, Delgado improves to 17-6, winning each of their six home games this week. The Dolphins will open Miss-Lou Conference play next weekend (3/24-3/25) in Meridian, Mississippi.
